1. What Shipping and Delivery Options Do You Have?

We offer a variety of delivery options to ensure the safe delivery of your goods. If you see the option of “tariff-free” delivery, it means that your order qualifies for our pre-paid tariff plan, with no additional procedures or extra fees! For example:

If there are significant changes in the customs policies of the corresponding country/region, we may contact you to handle the tariff separately.

Note:

Courier delivery times are estimated and for reference only and do not include production time (Check on Shipping Calculator for estimated shipping time with each area.). The specific shipping cost depends on the weight of the goods and the destination. You can check the specific shipping cost after entering the address on the order submission page.

Due to the restrictions of air and sea freight, if your order contains goods that are not suitable for air and sea freight (such as infringing designs or inflatable products, such as candy keychains), we may ship in batches or contact you to change the shipping method. (Please pay attention that after changing the shipping method, you may not be able to enjoy the tax-inclusive delivery service, and you may need to pay additional shipping fees.)

 2. Why Didn’t I See the Shipping Options Indicated in ‘1.’ When I Check Out?

No Economy or Standard Shipping:

1) Economy and standard shipping both have maximum weight limits. It is possible that the weight of your package exceeds the limit weight.

2)  In some weight ranges, the cost of economy/standard shipping may be higher than fast shipping. Therefore, the system will automatically close the economy/standard shipping options for you.

3) It is also possible that the country/region where you are located does not have the shipping companies we use.

In these three cases, these two shipping options will not appear in your shipping options.

 No Air/Sea Freight:

The starting weight for air/sea freight is very high. If the weight of your package does not reach the minimum weight for sea freight, or the shipping company we use is not in your country/region, the sea freight option will not appear in your shipping options.

 3. How Do You Deliver My Order?

1) Order and Select Courier Channel

2) Shipping: After production is completed, your order will be carefully sorted, packaged, and handed over to our partner international shipping company. You will receive an email with the waybill and tracking details.

3) Customs Clearance: When the package arrives in your country/region, customs will inspect it. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs regulations, taxes, or duties in the destination country/region. We cannot control these additional costs, and as the recipient, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws and bearing any additional costs that may arise during customs clearance. If the buyer abandons or refuses the package, no refund will be given. We recommend that you comply with local regulations as soon as possible before the package is discarded or destroyed (customs usually allows 7 to 14 working days).

 4. Which Shipping Addresses Are Not Supported?

Post office box and package locker addresses

Military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may lead to delivery failure, and our after-sales service will not be available.

 5. Can I Change the Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

If you need to modify the shipping address, please contact our responsible business representative as soon as possible. The business representative will provide you with a solution based on the actual situation.

If the order has not yet been shipped: The address can be changed normally.

If the order has already been shipped: The business representative will contact the courier company to see if the address can be changed. If it is possible to modify the address, you may need to pay a redirection fee.

6. Questions about The Returns of Goods

We only accept refunds or re-shipping under the following circumstances related to logistics:

1) If the package is lost by the carrier, or if it is returned due to reasons from the carrier or the local post office.

2) If there is a delay exceeding 20 days.

We will not accept refund or re-shipping requests if the package encounters the following situations:

1)  Returned due to personal reasons (such as refusal to accept, unclear address, incorrect shipping information, etc.).

2) Delivered but the delivery time did not meet expectations.

3)  If you refuse to pay customs duties resulting in customs clearance failure.

7. What Should I Do If There Is No Logistics Information for a Long Time?

1)  If there is no update on the logistics information for a long time after the goods have been shipped (about 5 days), you can contact our business representative to inquire about the progress of the goods. (Some channels may only update the logistics information after reaching the destination country.)

2)  If the goods have already arrived in the local area but the logistics information has not been updated for more than 7 days, it may be due to customs clearance or other special situations such as courier loss. You can contact our customer service to understand the details. If it is confirmed that the package is lost or there is no update for more than 20 days, you can apply for re-shipping or a refund.
